Hot Dip Galvanized Coil Description
Hot dip galvanized coil is a high-quality steel product coated with a protective layer of zinc through a continuous hot-dip process. This coating enhances corrosion resistance, ensuring durability and long-term performance in various environments. Widely used in construction, automotive, home appliances, and industrial manufacturing, it provides excellent strength, formability, and weldability. The galvanized surface offers superior adhesion for painting or further processing, meeting diverse B2B requirements. Manufactured according to international standards, hot dip galvanized coils deliver cost-effective and reliable solutions for manufacturers and contractors seeking high-performance steel materials with enhanced protection against rust and environmental exposure.
The production process of hot galvanizing is as follows:
Mother material → degreasing → water washing → pickling → water washing → rinsing → flux solution → drying → hot galvanizing → cooling → inspection → packaging
Scope of Application
For a long time, hot-dip galvanizing process has been favored by people because of its low plating cost, excellent protection characteristics and beautiful appearance. It is widely used in automobile, construction, household appliances, chemical industry, machinery, petroleum, metallurgy, light industry, transportation, electric power, aviation and marine engineering and other fields.
